Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Recruiter for a short-term engagement of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and hiring closure
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal HR departments
• Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and strategic roles while assisting with candidate sourcing efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of proven recruiting experience, preferably for technical roles
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with limited structure
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
• Experience screening and identifying highly qualified talent through resumes and interviews
• Demonstrated experience conducting behavioral interviews
