Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Scientist, Global Refrigerant Program Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the global technical strategy for sustainable refrigerants
Drive the development and commercialization of innovative refrigerant solutions
Act as the primary technical interface with key customers and represent the company in industry associations

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related field with 10-15 years of industrial experience, or a Master's degree with equivalent experience
Proven experience in thermal management, HVACR, or related industries
Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and computational engineering tools
Experience in a global, matrixed organization is preferred
