Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary legal advisor on global regulatory issues affecting the company's services

• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for non-legal teams and support regulatory diligence for customer inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing in any US state
• 5+ years of legal experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or health tech
• Strong understanding of international or cross-border regulatory issues
• Ability to assess issues and provide legally sound recommendations aligned with business objectives
