Global Regulatory Strategy Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Global Regulatory Strategy Lead (CNS, Retinal Health & Emerging Areas).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic regulatory guidance and leadership throughout the product lifecycle on assigned projects
• Develop and own the Global Regulatory Strategy for assigned assets and lead the Regulatory Excellence Team (RET)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align regulatory strategies with overall business objectives and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or chemistry with seven years of experience in the regulated pharmaceutical industry
• Preferred: Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree (e.g., PhD) in pharmacy, life sciences, or chemistry with five years of experience in the regulated pharmaceutical industry
• In-depth knowledge of global regulatory requirements and drug development topics
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex scientific data and regulatory guidelines
• Experience in leading teams and mentoring team members
