Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Global Relations & Community Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, reconciliation, monitoring, and reporting for GRACE
• Manage grant administration processes, coordinating with international YMCAs and internal departments
• Co-lead global youth initiatives and support the design of programs to enhance organizational capacity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business
• 4-8 years of relevant experience
• Advanced functional skills and intermediate industry knowledge
• Entry to intermediate managerial skills with decision-making responsibilities
• Experience in policy and strategy implementation
