Global Relocation Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for relocating employees, the full-time Global Relocation Consultant will provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the relocation process, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining communication with clients remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and counsel relocating employees on their company's relocation policy
• Maintain communication with employees throughout the relocation process to ensure satisfaction and set proper expectations
• Monitor service orders and collaborate with service providers to ensure compliance with authorized benefits and agreements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management preferred, or 3+ years of related experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of relevant work experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Certified Relocation Professional preferred
