Global Resource Management Leader

Job Summary

To build and lead a resource management and capacity planning function, the full-time Global Resource Management Leader will establish operational systems, drive global process standardization, and enhance data integrity while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and operate a high-performing resource management and capacity planning system for the Global Professional Services Organization
• Drive operational alignment across NAM, EMEA, and APAC, enabling regional leaders to execute a defined global resource management process
• Champion process design and implement a PSA to improve operational efficiency and automate core business cycles

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in resource management, capacity planning, or professional services operations
• Direct experience managing a sub-contractor ecosystem as part of a Consulting/Delivery team
• Proven success in building and managing resource management systems for a Global Professional Services business
• Significant executive-level exposure with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
