Job Summary

Leading global revenue accounting initiatives, the full-time Head of Global Revenue Accounting will shape policies, ensure revenue integrity, and manage cross-functional partnerships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Leading a global revenue accounting team through monthly and quarterly close cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with revenue recognition standards
• Establishing and maintaining revenue recognition policies for subscription and consumption-based models, collaborating with legal and sales teams on contract evaluation
• Advancing systems and process improvements, including automation and AI, to enhance efficiency within revenue operations

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience in public accounting and technology or SaaS environments
• Deep expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition across complex arrangements, including consumption-based and subscription models
• Experience leading and developing geographically distributed teams while influencing cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to communicate complex accounting concepts clearly to non-financial audiences
• Experience managing SOX compliance programs and serving as a primary contact for external auditors on revenue matters
