Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Global Revenue Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a global enablement strategy linking onboarding and learning to revenue outcomes
  • Own enablement measurement, connecting programs to ramp time, conversion rates, and ARR impact
  • Hire, develop, and lead a global enablement team, ensuring effective regional coverage and performance management
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or revenue enablement in SaaS environments
  • 3+ years of experience leading enablement managers and global programs
  • Practical experience in designing and running onboarding and certification programs at scale
  • Experience with agent-based copilots and knowledge of LLM vendors
  • Demonstrated ability to translate enablement work into measurable business outcomes
