Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global enablement strategy linking onboarding and learning to revenue outcomes
- Own enablement measurement, connecting programs to ramp time, conversion rates, and ARR impact
- Hire, develop, and lead a global enablement team, ensuring effective regional coverage and performance management
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or revenue enablement in SaaS environments
- 3+ years of experience leading enablement managers and global programs
- Practical experience in designing and running onboarding and certification programs at scale
- Experience with agent-based copilots and knowledge of LLM vendors
- Demonstrated ability to translate enablement work into measurable business outcomes
