Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Revenue Supervisor to oversee a team of offshore/global billing and revenue cycle staff supporting Veterans Affairs accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of offshore/global VA revenue cycle staff, ensuring productivity and quality across workflows
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions to develop staff capability and address performance gaps
• Monitor key revenue cycle metrics and prepare regular performance reports for operational leadership

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly with Veterans Affairs or government payer billing
• 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience, including managing remote or offshore staff
• Working knowledge of VA billing requirements and claim adjudication processes
• Proficiency in revenue cycle management systems and reporting tools
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and develop actionable plans
