Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Total Rewards Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage administration of U.S. benefits, health and wellness plans, and retirement programs
Support UK benefits team with global plan harmonization and enhancements
Partner with payroll teams for correct and timely payroll inputs and administration of retirement plans

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or related discipline
8+ years of HR experience managing benefits and wellness programs in the technology industry
In-depth knowledge of US and UK benefits plans, salary benchmarking, and compliance guidelines
Experience with compensation review cycles and market data evaluation
Proficiency in Excel and premier Human Capital Platforms like Workday or UKG
