Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Total Rewards Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administration of U.S. benefits, health and wellness plans, and retirement programs
  • Support UK benefits team with global plan harmonization and enhancements
  • Partner with payroll teams for correct and timely payroll inputs and administration of retirement plans

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or related discipline
  • 8+ years of HR experience managing benefits and wellness programs in the technology industry
  • In-depth knowledge of US and UK benefits plans, salary benchmarking, and compliance guidelines
  • Experience with compensation review cycles and market data evaluation
  • Proficiency in Excel and premier Human Capital Platforms like Workday or UKG
