Job Summary
Driving the evolution of employee recognition and rewards programs, the full-time Global Rewards Partner will enhance engagement and retention strategies while working remotely in a collaborative environment with HR and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance employee recognition and rewards programs to improve participation and impact
- Lead the design and administration of incentive and bonus programs, ensuring effective communication and reporting
- Monitor program effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on analysis and stakeholder feedback
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field
- Typically 10 years of experience in Global Rewards, recognition, or related HR program leadership roles
- Experience in developing or managing employee recognition and incentive programs
- US Citizenship is required
