Global RTR Process Owner
Job Summary
Managing the global Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, the full-time remote Global RTR Process Owner will oversee system performance, ensure process adoption, and serve as a liaison between M&A teams and Global Business Services delivery teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of functional Global Product Owners and escalate issues to the SVP Finance Operations
- Oversee system performance and manage functional and technical resources
- Identify and implement best practices for continuous improvement of RTR processes
Required qualifications
- Experience with SAP and centralized service centers supporting financial operations
- Knowledge of change management theory and practice
- Demonstrated skills in financial process design and continuous improvement
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Experience working with remote teams across multiple locations
