Global Safety Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Safety Director to oversee safety management programs and ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for construction projects while ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Manage safety and risk employees, oversee workers' compensation claims, and promote a culture of safety across the organization
• Create and lead safety training programs and committees, while analyzing incident reports to improve workplace safety

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA standards and experience in risk management
• At least 5 years in an occupational health and safety management position
• Bachelor's degree in health and safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Health, or related field preferred
• Certification as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) is a plus
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
