Job Summary
Owning the strategy and execution of global sales compensation programs, the full-time Global Sales Compensation Manager will manage compensation planning, governance, and analytics to drive revenue growth and seller performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead global annual compensation planning and design performance-driven plans aligned with business priorities
- Oversee global commission processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and regional regulations
- Deliver actionable insights on compensation performance and optimize compensation systems for efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting with 7-12+ years of experience in Sales Compensation or Finance
- 3-5+ years managing global compensation programs in a technology or networking environment
- Strong expertise in incentive design, quota methodologies, and commission systems
- Advanced financial modeling and analytics skills
- Experience in networking, cloud, SaaS, or subscription-based business models
