Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Sales & Business Development Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue realization through successful RFQ-to-PO conversions and build a forward order book for future business growth
- Own the complete commercial lifecycle, including RFQ management, proposal submission, pricing strategy, and program ramp-up
- Develop new business opportunities across various sectors and lead critical customer negotiations
Required Qualifications
- 15-22 years of experience in global B2B sales within precision manufacturing environments
- Strong exposure to CNC machining, precision components, and industrial manufacturing
- Proven experience in closing high-value purchase orders ranging from 5-20 Cr
- Experience working with customers in US and European markets
- Strong leadership and negotiation capabilities with a hands-on sales approach
