Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Sales & Business Development Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue realization through successful RFQ-to-PO conversions and build a forward order book for future business growth
  • Own the complete commercial lifecycle, including RFQ management, proposal submission, pricing strategy, and program ramp-up
  • Develop new business opportunities across various sectors and lead critical customer negotiations


Required Qualifications
  • 15-22 years of experience in global B2B sales within precision manufacturing environments
  • Strong exposure to CNC machining, precision components, and industrial manufacturing
  • Proven experience in closing high-value purchase orders ranging from 5-20 Cr
  • Experience working with customers in US and European markets
  • Strong leadership and negotiation capabilities with a hands-on sales approach
