Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Head of Sales & Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global sales strategy and development of medical schemes, ensuring alignment with business needs and market analysis
- Directly manage the Business Development Team and indirectly oversee the Sales Team across various offices and hubs
- Foster strategic partnerships and ensure compliance while driving business growth and enhancing client engagement
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles within the medical device TIC industry
- Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in sales or business development
- University degree in business, marketing, life sciences, engineering, or a related discipline
- Proven success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and global sales teams
- Understanding of MDR/IVDR and international regulatory frameworks
