Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Head of Sales & Business Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the global sales strategy and development of medical schemes, ensuring alignment with business needs and market analysis
  • Directly manage the Business Development Team and indirectly oversee the Sales Team across various offices and hubs
  • Foster strategic partnerships and ensure compliance while driving business growth and enhancing client engagement
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years in sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles within the medical device TIC industry
  • Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in sales or business development
  • University degree in business, marketing, life sciences, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Proven success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and global sales teams
  • Understanding of MDR/IVDR and international regulatory frameworks
