Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Director of Sales to lead and expand its sales efforts globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a cross-functional sales team, providing mentorship and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement the sales strategy aligned with company goals and growth targets
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers and support the team in acquiring new accounts
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B software sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in recruiting and leading a sales team in a startup environment

- Experience with CRM systems and sales performance analytics tools
- Preferred experience in Media & Entertainment, Retail, or Advertising sectors
