Job Summary

As the Global VP of Sales Enablement, this full-time position will architect, build, and scale a world-class Sales Enablement program to enhance sales productivity, improve customer engagement, and drive sustainable revenue growth, while collaborating closely with marketing and sales leadership in a remote or onsite capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute a global Sales Enablement strategy to accelerate sales productivity and improve conversion rates
  • Design and manage comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training programs to boost productivity and sales skills
  • Oversee the selection and management of sales enablement technology to optimize workflows and drive adoption across the sales organization
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales enablement or sales operations within the B2B SaaS industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales enablement functions in high-growth environments
  • Strong analytical skills to measure impact and present findings to executive leadership
  • Proficiency with sales enablement tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic, Salesloft)
