Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership over the sales team and ensure annual sales targets are met
  • Develop strategic account plans and collaborate with stakeholders to meet client needs
  • Oversee performance metrics and manage a budget pipeline for ongoing engagements
Required Qualifications
  • 20+ years of experience in the life sciences industry with a focus on Pharma, BioTech, or CRO services
  • 10+ years of sales management experience in Flexible Resourcing and/or FSP solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Deep knowledge of Clinical Operations, Data Sciences, and Compliance Solutions
  • Experience leading and developing sales teams on a global scale
