Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership over the sales team and ensure annual sales targets are met
- Develop strategic account plans and collaborate with stakeholders to meet client needs
- Oversee performance metrics and manage a budget pipeline for ongoing engagements
Required Qualifications
- 20+ years of experience in the life sciences industry with a focus on Pharma, BioTech, or CRO services
- 10+ years of sales management experience in Flexible Resourcing and/or FSP solutions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Deep knowledge of Clinical Operations, Data Sciences, and Compliance Solutions
- Experience leading and developing sales teams on a global scale
