Global SAP Delivery Lead

Job Summary

Leading multiple concurrent enterprise implementations, the full-time Global SAP Delivery Lead will shape and execute delivery strategy across the Business Unit, ensuring exceptional outcomes in a remote environment while maintaining accountability for gross margin, utilization, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engagements successfully and on schedule while optimizing utilization across delivery staff
• Manage resource allocation, including bench management and subcontractor use, to support integrated cross-BU delivery models
• Drive client satisfaction and oversee quality, methodology adherence, and risk management across SAP programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 15+ years of SAP delivery leadership experience
• Experience with S/4HANA and global delivery models
• Strong financial and client leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead at scale across geographies and capabilities
