Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director / Global Scientific Communications Lead Contractor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic planning and execution of the scientific communications plan across publications and medical communications
  • Lead the Scientific Publications Team and collaborate with external authors and journals to ensure compliance and effective execution of publication activities
  • Oversee the planning and execution of integrated congress plans and generate scientific content for various medical communications activities
Required Qualifications
  • Higher education degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) or master's degree in a biomedical discipline with experience in publication management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry for candidates with doctoral degrees, or 7 years for those with master's degrees
  • CMPP certification is preferred
  • Experience in scientific communications strategy, planning, and execution, with a focus on publications or medical communications
  • Deep knowledge of scientific publication planning processes and industry standards for reporting scientific studies
