Job Summary

Global Scientific Communications Lead, a full-time position on a 6-month contract basis, is responsible for leading the planning and execution of integrated US congress plans, managing logistics and content development, and ensuring compliance with medical strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated US congress plans in collaboration with cross-functional partners
  • Oversee content development, logistics, and project management for congress-related activities
  • Ensure high scientific quality and compliance with medical strategies and industry standards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced scientific/healthcare degree preferred (MS/PhD/PharmD/MD or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in biopharma Medical Affairs or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience in leading major medical congress planning and execution
  • Strong project/program management skills, including risk management and stakeholder alignment
  • Experience with compliant medical/scientific content development and review processes
