Job Summary

As a key member of the Total Rewards team, the full-time Global Senior Benefits Administrator will manage the day-to-day administration and optimization of employee benefits across multiple countries, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness while providing exceptional support to employees in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer health & welfare, retirement, and leave management benefits across U.S. and international markets
  • Manage eligibility, enrollments, and data integrity while troubleshooting HRIS and payroll interfaces
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure compliance with global regulations and support benefits renewals and audits
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
  • 5-7+ years of progressive benefits administration experience, including U.S. health & welfare and retirement
  • Global benefits experience, including renewals, RFPs, and M&A integration
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Workday, and strong data analysis skills
  • Professional certifications preferred (CEBS, GBA, CBP, PHR/SPHR, SHRM CP/SCP)
