Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Service Excellence Director to lead a globally distributed engineering team and enhance technology support for customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and develop a high-performing engineering team for 24/7 support coverage
  • Design and implement operating models and tools to optimize support services
  • Oversee integration and workflow technology for teleradiology and ensure effective service delivery to various customer groups
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading global support or service engineering organizations, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare setting
  • Strong background in operating 24/7 support models and related tooling
  • Technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, APIs, and automation for scalable support
  • Familiarity with healthcare integration standards such as HL7, DICOM, and FHIR
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing distributed teams across different cultures and time zones
