Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Service Manager MSO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for managed clients, overseeing their Zoom environment and system health
  • Manage and troubleshoot complex Zoom Contact Center workflows, including call routing and IVR configurations
  • Configure and optimize Zoom AI Companion and support tools to meet client business needs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience supporting contact center or software environments in customer-facing roles
  • Expertise in Zoom Contact Center or similar platforms, with strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Knowledge of IP Telephony, SIP, Managed Services, and IT service management principles
  • Ability to serve as a trusted technical subject matter expert and provide insightful reporting
