Key Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze contractual relationships related to clinical trials, including drafting and negotiating agreements
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Project Management to support timely site start-up and contract execution
• Review client contract changes and ensure compliance with country-specific laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience with contracts
• Bachelor's Degree and JD required
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Familiarity with clinical contracts and project management environments
• Experience in negotiation or sales related to contracts
