Required Qualifications

• Experience in strategic leadership within Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
• Proven ability to define and execute global strategies in complex, matrixed organizations
• Strong understanding of relevant products and services or experience in related industries
• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
• Languages beyond English would be beneficial
