Job Summary

Hands-on and operationally minded, the full-time Global Solutions Manager will lead the Global Leasing team, managing workflow, quality assurance, and performance while supporting global supply chain initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and career development support to the Global Leasing Coordinators, including performance evaluations and coaching
• Monitor daily workload distribution and conduct routine audits to ensure quality and compliance in leasing transactions
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex leasing issues and support sourcing initiatives for housing solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in the furnished housing sector, including apartment procurement or supply chain operations
• 5+ years of experience managing teams or people
• Demonstrated experience managing supplier relationships and vendor performance
• Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
