Global S&OP Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Strategist, Global S&OP.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end S&OP process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans
• Establish standardized global demand and supply review processes and executive S&OP sessions
• Implement planning software to replace manual processes and ensure data accuracy across systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in S&OP, supply chain planning, or demand/supply management
• Experience in implementing global S&OP processes and systems
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and SAP S/4HANA
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership
