Global Sourcing Analytics Leader

Job Summary

Leading a global sourcing analytics team, the full-time Global Sourcing Analytics Leader will establish best practices, drive category-specific spend analysis, and oversee strategic initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead a global sourcing analytics team supporting the Centralized Indirect Sourcing function
• Implement standardized commercial practices and develop a procurement playbook to enhance processes and controls
• Manage category analytics, cash analytics, and the preferred supplier list while advocating for continuous improvement through LEAN principles

Required qualifications

• Major experience in Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT, Data Analytics, or equivalent consulting experience
• Significant experience directly leading teams
• Demonstrated ability in leading large-scale organizational, process, and culture change
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with significant relevant experience
• Experience in Procurement processes and system integration projects
