Job Summary
Owning and integrating Global Sourcing Systems, Initiatives, and Advanced Analytics, the full-time remote Global Sourcing Analytics Leader will define and execute the sourcing vision, manage strategic initiatives, and enhance digital capabilities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the global sourcing process, systems, and analytics strategy across the organization
- Lead enterprise sourcing transformation programs, ensuring simplification, standardization, and measurable business outcomes
- Define and execute the digital and GenAI roadmap for sourcing, driving user adoption and modernization of tools and workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred
- 10+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain transformation
- Proven success leading large-scale, global, cross-functional transformation programs
- Deep expertise in Source to Pay processes and digital platforms
- Demonstrated leadership in GenAI, digital enablement, and advanced analytics
