Job Summary

Leading enterprise-level procurement initiatives, the full-time Global Sourcing Director will design and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies, manage high-value supplier relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects, including spend analysis, supplier selection, and contract negotiation
• Develop comprehensive category strategies that align with business objectives and incorporate risk mitigation and sustainability goals
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders, facilitating alignment across business units

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field preferred
• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management
• Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-level negotiations and delivering significant cost savings
• Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in spend analysis and market research
