Global Strategic Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Strategic Consultant to support sales on strategic customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales with consulting engagements focused on solving business issues and transforming a customer's organization
• Collaborate with sales teams to define and execute business strategies for large enterprise opportunities
• Deliver customized demonstrations and value propositions while designing and delivering Proof of Concepts and Pilots

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of Workforce Engagement/Workforce Optimization experience, including 7+ years with relevant solutions
• Experience with at least three of the following products: Workforce Management, Quality Management, Analytics, Business Intelligence, AI, and Machine Learning
• Broad knowledge of Workforce Optimization solutions or relevant industry experience
• Ability to manage multiple strategic opportunities simultaneously
