Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Strategist - ServiceNow HRSD.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the HR - Employee roadmap of prioritized solutions aligned with company strategy
• Engage as a Subject Matter Expert to advise clients and guide engagement teams
• Mentor and inspire teams, while collaborating with Strategy and Marketing to create content

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting industry
• 8 years of experience in Delivery Management and people management within the ServiceNow ecosystem
• Experience with AI embedded in HR solutions
• In-depth understanding of the ServiceNow HRSD/Employee practice area
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to build strong collaborative relationships
