Global Strategy Analyst

Job Summary

To support the evolution of a global Customer Success function, the full-time Global Strategy Analyst will work remotely, focusing on strategy, analytics, and technical project management to enhance operational excellence and implement AI-driven initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and creation of a global Customer Success function, focusing on insights, productivity, and best practices
• Define, test, and roll out AI-first Customer Success use cases, ensuring practicality and adoption by teams
• Lead data analytics and modeling with a focus on retention and growth, including business and financial modeling

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics, project management, or a related role
• Quantitatively oriented educational background in Data Science, Statistics, Math/Physics, Computer Science, or Finance
• Technical expertise with large data sets, including knowledge of SQL and reporting tools like Superset/Tableau
• Experience in designing and implementing advanced analytics and business analysis/modeling
• Fluency in English, with additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, or Polish being a plus
