Global Study Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the team of Global Study Managers, the part-time hourly Global Study Coordinator will manage patient travel logistics, communicate with trial participants, and assist with clinical trial operations remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manages travel and transportation budget for trial participants
• Acts as the main point of contact for patient communication regarding accommodations
• Maintains accurate data and assists in producing required reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Fluent in Spanish and English; multi-lingual preferred
• 2+ years of experience in the travel and/or pharma industry preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
