Global Study Delivery Lead

Job Summary

To lead and be accountable for global study delivery, the full-time Global Study Delivery Lead will manage the delivery of studies to meet time, cost, and quality standards while working remotely and partnering closely with in-country teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global study portfolio delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Act as the primary client contact for delivery, maintaining transparent communication and building trust
• Establish and uphold project-management excellence across the organization, mentoring less experienced colleagues

Required qualifications

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in clinical trial delivery with a strong operational understanding
• Proven track record in designing and implementing project-management systems
• Strong regulatory knowledge, including GCP and GDPR
• Experience with platforms such as CRIO, HubSpot, and Monday.com
• B.S. or B.A. degree; MBA or science-related degree preferred
