Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global Phase I-IV clinical trials, ensuring operational excellence and compliance
• Oversee trial timelines, budgets, and documentation while managing external vendors and service providers
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert during audits and inspections, and mentor clinical team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Clinical research experience with proven global trial management skills
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in clinical trial electronic systems and project management
• Experience in leadership roles with the ability to influence at senior levels
