Global Study Leader

Job Summary

Leading the implementation and management of global Phase I-IV clinical trials, the full-time Global Study Leader will oversee study delivery, ensure operational excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage trial-related meetings and act as a primary point of escalation for cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop and execute clinical trial strategies, tracking progress and risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Mentor and coach clinical team members, fostering professional development and maintaining high-performing teams

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical research experience with at least 3 years in clinical operations leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in clinical trial electronic systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent project management skills and a proven track record in managing global, multi-center clinical trials
