Global Study Manager

Job Summary

Leading the management of global oncology studies, the full-time salaried Global Study Manager will oversee study document preparation, facilitate internal and external interactions, and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of study documents and maintain interactions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient study delivery
• Contribute to risk identification and develop mitigation plans, ensuring all study documents are complete and verified for quality
• Support budget management and project management activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards

Required qualifications

• University degree in medical or biological sciences or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research
• Experience in global study management with a focus on vendor and external partner management
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and the clinical development process
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with early phase oncology experience required
