Global Study Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Global Study Manager to join the Central Labs Services team in a full-time remote capacity, responsible for managing complex global clinical projects, serving as the key contact for clients, and ensuring successful study delivery through effective project management oversight.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between clients, CROs, and internal teams to facilitate communication and project execution
• Oversee project management activities, focusing on budget, risk, and milestone management for high-complexity studies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and document customer expectations while driving continuous process improvement

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
• 5+ years of experience managing complex global clinical projects
• 5+ years of experience in client-facing and stakeholder management roles
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
