Global Study Operations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a US Country Head, Global Study & Site Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for end-to-end study, site, and site engagement execution within the assigned geography
• Provide strategic leadership for country commitments, including study feasibility and site selection
• Lead and develop the Country/Hub team to ensure strong performance and capability development

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of clinical execution experience OR Master's degree and 8 years OR Bachelor's degree and 10 years of clinical execution experience
• At least 4 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams, projects, or programs
• Preferred: 10+ years of work experience in life sciences or medically related field
• Preferred: 8 years of biopharmaceutical clinical research experience
• Preferred: Experience managing clinical operations and understanding local regulatory requirements
