Job Summary
Leading the design, deployment, and optimization of network visibility solutions, the full-time Principal Global Success Automation & Solutions Engineer will drive AI adoption and enhance customer experience while working remotely in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead solution design and deployment efforts for network visibility and security products, ensuring technical compliance with security standards
- Automate and streamline post-sales processes to improve customer experience and accelerate time to value
- Conduct testing, documentation, and pilot deliveries to ensure high-quality deployment results
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in network tools and applications design and deployment, with a focus on security and scalability
- Strong technical expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, L2/L3, IPv4, IPv6) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C, along with experience in APIs
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Familiarity with security frameworks and cybersecurity standards (ISO 27001/27002, CIS, NIST) is highly desirable
