Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global supplier quality strategy aligned with company objectives and operational priorities
- Build and lead a supplier development program focused on improving performance and reducing defects among strategic suppliers
- Own the global supplier audit program, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Supplier Development, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical discipline

- Demonstrated success in improving supplier performance through structured development programs
- Knowledge of core quality methodologies and ISO standards
