Key Responsibilities

• Direct global supply chain operations including logistics, warehousing, and customer fulfillment
• Establish governance processes and create visibility through advanced analytics dashboards
• Build and mentor a high-performing global execution team focused on operational excellence

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10+ years of global supply chain leadership experience in the chemical or process industries
• Deep expertise in supply chain operations, including S&OP integration and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency with ERP and advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, S/4HANA)
• Strong financial literacy in cost modeling and operational P&L ownership
• Experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives and driving operational excellence
