Global Supply Chain Executive Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Global Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes to align demand, supply, and financial goals
• Oversee supply and demand planning, inventory optimization, and production planning across clinical and commercial portfolios
• Develop and execute a multi-year strategic roadmap for global planning transformation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business; advanced degree desired
• 15+ years of progressive experience in global supply chain planning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Deep experience in biopharma supply chains, including clinical and commercial operations
• Strong knowledge of GxP, regulatory compliance, and global operations
• Proven experience with key technologies such as SAP ERP, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9, or OMP
