Job Summary

Acting as a critical operational liaison, the full-time remote Global Supply Chain Manager will oversee contract manufacturing execution and strategic supply chain management, ensuring product delivery aligns with market demand, cost efficiency, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize product supply chains for speed and minimize lead times while maintaining quality standards
• Manage total product supply chain costs and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to align with profitability margins
• Evaluate production constraints and collaborate with manufacturing partners to ensure scalable infrastructure for growth

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in global supply chain management or complex manufacturing, preferably in relevant industries
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and design principles
• Proficiency in enterprise software and familiarity with ERP and supply chain management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
