Global Supply Manager

Job Summary

Curious and analytical, the remote Sr. Global Supply Manager will manage sourcing of electromechanical components, drive collaboration with internal teams, and negotiate contracts to ensure supply chain resilience and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary link between external vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and supply continuity
• Own proactive cost-modeling, process improvements, and design-for-cost changes to optimize sourcing strategies
• Support Joint Design Manufacturing (JDM) by delivering data-driven insights to enhance supply chain quality and readiness

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in global supply chain and/or strategic sourcing
• Experience with electromechanical commodities, including cables and connectors
• Advanced analytical skills and expertise in should-costing and leading complex negotiations
• BS in a relevant analytical field such as Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Ability to work collaboratively with Engineering and Product teams in fast-paced environments
