Global Supply Planning Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Global E2E Product Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the monthly supply planning cycle, ensuring alignment with demand, finance, and inventory strategies
• Lead the Supply Review meetings, facilitating consensus on demand versus capacity and material availability
• Serve as the planning representative for strategic initiatives, linking decisions to service, cost, and cash outcomes

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or BA in supply chain management, science, or engineering; M.B.A or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of supply chain management and planning experience in a global biotech, pharmaceutical, or consumer product company
• Experience with global product supply planning and knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning processes
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and regulatory requirements
• Expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and advanced planning tools
